The National Bank of Ukraine has published the White Paper "The Future of Factoring Market Regulation".
The regulation of the factoring market proposed by the National Bank has two key objectives:
• to promote the development in Ukraine of classical trade factoring as an instrument of affordable and quick financing and management of accounts receivable for business;
• to establish requirements for transparency and compliance with market behavior in the implementation of collection activities and differentiate it from the market for trade factoring.
